That is a 2014 TV so would not be a version of our official app which was only created in 2016. It is likely The Samsung SmartHub app that was made by a third party who no longer updates it. Since it is was connecting to the server at all you likely have the latest version of it since i believe a connection issue with newer versions of server was the last thing he updated in 2020.
Do you know if the video is transcoding or direct playing? ( it should say in the dashboard of your server.
