Plex Media Server not available after updating

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3795
Player Version#: 8.10.0.21911
After installing the latest update for the Plex Media Server on my MyCloudEX2Ultra I can’t reach the server anymore with my player for Android or with the web. After deleting the update the server version#: 1.20.4.3517 works normal.
