Hi Guys ,
I install Plex Media Server on my Windows 10 (Macbook Pro running Bootcamp).It was working but updated media to my library was not so i repair the installation & still same issue so i removed it & the reinstalled the media server. Now the media server won’t even launch & doesn’t show up on the menu at the bottom right hand corner. I ran task manager & it only shows up in Background processes ,.Can anyone help with his???
Perform a thorough uninstallation, reboot, then install again:
Make sure to install on drive letter C:
Optionally, uninstall all versions of the runtime libraries for “Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, 2017 & 2019” and download and install these updated versions of it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
