Plex Media Server not picking up new content in my libraries

Hi,

Since updating to the latest version of Plex, I am unable to scan my libraries for new content for viewing.
I have tried restarting my NAS and the program with no result.

Server Version#:Synology DS418play
Player Version#: Version 1.17.0.1709
