Old content being "recently added"

Hey team, can someone please help me with this issue. I’ve had no issues with my plex setup for years now, but recently when it scans overnight, it’s started to find a bunch of content that says that its “new” but they have all been on the server for years now. It found around 300 “new” movies this morning that were already there.

Running Plex server on M2 mac mini running 15.0, files are on a synology running DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 5

This started about a month ago, last week I fully removed plex server and reinstalled with a fresh config but I’m facing this issue again. I have ran smart tests on all HDD’s in DSM and they are fine. At this stage it seems to be only happening with my movies library, TV shows have been OK so far.

Plex log is attached, though I’m not sure where to look ?
