And without need to login at my user or admin user
( system login exist ? )

With your server running right click the Plex icon in the taskbar
If you need to you can also go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/general

Version 4.96.2
but your steps, I have already done.
I have to login into windows to have access to my files
What I want ( if exist ) it is to have not to login first time to windows session ( after BSOD, or Windows update need reboot )
