Where is the Plex Media "Server" Supported autostart program/function/Service?

Server Version#: newest

I have looked everywhere and all I can’t find a supported way to automatically start the Plex Media “Server” after a reboot? I see folks have written things but clearly not supported by Plex. Why would they have the name “Server” in their application if it doesn’t work like a server and run as a service on windows? I hope I am just being stupid and its really there…
Again, looking for the Plex Supported (written) service. WTH?

To my knowledge there’s no Plex-written method or tool to allow PMS to start automatically on Windows without a user having logged in.

There is however what might be considered a sanctioned tool described in the How-To’s forum here:

Just pointing this tool out in case you weren’t aware of it; I understand that you’re looking for something written and supported by Plex.

Yeah, saw that, not supported by Plex. Makes absolutely no sense (like many other odd, not fully thought though thru parts of plex) for a system that is supposed to allow you to get to your media while away! If your Plex “Server” happens to reboot or there is a power outage for even a minute while you’re out of town, you’re toast…

You can always Turn on automatic logon in Windows and then set Plex Media Server to automatically start at logon.

Yes, I know there are a lot of “Workarounds”! And that would make sense if this was FreeWare, but its NOT. And they call it a Server… meaning it should Always be running. And services can to set to auto restart if the app crashes as it should be. -Bill
