Plex Media Server on an OUYA?

Yes I bought an OUYA when it came out. Yes I thought it was going to be awesome. Yes I was completely wrong… BUT! I still have it and want to put it to use!!

After an hour Google search, I cannot find anything on the following question: Can Plex Media Server run on an OUYA (with or without software/side-loading modifications)?

The wife made me clean out my “computer closet”, which is where I came across my long-lost OUYA.

In theory, couldn’t you load a version of Linux on the OUYA, then install PMS on it and use it as a low-budget server for music and/or non-HD video? Obviously, I’m assuming the OUYA can’t handle transcoding, but it could at least push MP3s and DVD-quality video to my devices, right?

I’ll update this thread with my findings as they come to light, but any feedback/discussion is greatly appreciated! Bring the OUYA back from the dead!
