Plex Media Server on Mac Ventura doesn't start automatically

I’ve recently updated my Intel MacMini (2018) to Ventura (13.0.1) - and afterwards, Plex does not automatically start on the OS startup - it was starting up fine just before the upgrade, and I haven’t adjusted any of the settings, the only thing which changes was upgrading Mac OS.

Actually, turns out this was due to a corrupt database, repaired it, and all good now … apologies for the noise!
