Plex server not starting on reboot iMac after OS update to Ventura 13

After a OS update to Ventura my Plex sever doesn’t startup in the background, did be for have to start in manually now, and then works fine. I updated my Plex server around the same time.

Might be related to Mac’s security. I had a problem adding media folders that this link solved & it might be the reason that the startup setting isn’t saving.

On the Mac, in settings > privacy & security > full disk access. Here, add the Plex Media Server app.

Well it did work but I have restarted my iMac today and the Plex server isn’t running again. I checked the setting to sent and made sure I still have Plex tuned on in the Full Disk Access, Strange, any other ideas??
