Plex Media Server on nVidia Shield fails to start

PMS fails to start on my nVidia Shield and I’m not sure why. I tried clearing the cache to no avail.
Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715 (smb)
Player Version#: 9.0.5.31871
nVidia Shield Version#: 9.0.2
