PMS not starting on NVIDIA SHIELD PRO

Server Version#: 1.42.0.9975
Player Version#: 10.28.0.3441

The server can’t start on NVIDIA SHIELD Pro.
When I try accessing via ip.32400/web, it saids

“A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.”

please help.
I have already tried
clearing cache (server & player)
clearing data (server & player)
reinstalling (server & player)
factory reset shield

Have the same issue with Plex on Shield. Please let me know if you find way to resolve it.

You can click on “Name” and just click next. Then the server is up and running. Anyway this screen will pop-up every time you start the web interface - pretty annoying i know
