Plex Media Server on QNAP cannot load my local media

Server Version#: 1.21
Player Version#: On web page

My Plex media server downloaded on the QNAP app center which is the latest version worked just fine until I added some movies to the media fold yesterday.
I can still access the web server via 192.168.0.x:32400, which means the server on my NAS is still working, but the content on the page told me it cannot connect to my NAS. The web page is coming from my NAS and told me it cannot connect to my NAS!! How stupid!
I tried to restart the Plex server and my NAS, reinstall the Plex server but it remains the same. After I deleted my NAS from the authorized devices on my account, it looks almost the same accessing Plex official web as accessing to my Plex Server.

It will be helpful to include any logs and out of curiosity which folder are you using to store your media?

The logs will be useful to the experts here in providing any real help you seek.

Looking at your account, I see one server:

  1. Docker
  2. PMS 1.21.4.4079
  3. Created – 12 hours ago
  4. Last seen – 12 hours ago
  5. It was published to your WAN IP (Remote Access)
  6. Has 3 LAN addresses

Since Plex.tv hasn’t seen it, what does Settings - Authorized Devices - Server show for you ? It should show this one server.

Can you get into the NAS and, using File Station, navigate down to where the “Logs” directory is?

If so, Please stop Plex and make a ZIP file of the entire directory and attach it for me to review.

I just uninstall the Plex Server from QNAP App Store and detached it from my Plex accout two days ago. Then I install a new one using Docker and it is working well. So I don’t think I could find the previous Logs file now. But it is a weird thing.
