Plex Media Server on Windows 11 Crashing

Plex Media Server started continuously crashing on the PC. I lose connectivity to the media, have to restart Media Server on the PC. Get an episode along on the TV (Nvidia Shield) and Plex Media Server will be off on the PC again. Just started night of 2/16. Really strange. Tried a fresh install on Plex Media Server, same issue.
