Plex continually crashing

Hey, all!

I have an issue with PMS continually crashing. I’ve tried to debug myself through logs, but have come up empty, so I figured I would reach out here to try and get some help.

Details

  • OS: Windows 11
  • PMS version: 1.41.9.9961

What I’ve tried

  • Updating to the latest version: I tried this last night, but it was causing issues with my Remote Access, so I reverted to the above version, which solved the issue.
  • Combing through logs: I haven’t seen any specifics in Crash Reports and no ERROR logs. Just some INFO/WARN/DEBUG. I’ve attached my log zip here for further triage.
  • Killing the app through Task Manager and restarting: This seems to get things back up and running, but it’s temporary. Generally I wake up in the morning or try to access late at night and PMS is inaccessible both on my local machine and remotely. The app is running, but cannot be reached.

You should be running the lastest version available to avoid this security issue. After updating and if you’re still having issues please provide fresh PMS logs again and describe your issue.
