The “Statement aborts” error isn’t an error if we just finished optimizing.
This is because both optimization and installation (update), delete the index as part of that process to preserve data integrity. (The index is invalid if the table has been repacked).
The “getting remote address” is PMS not able to connect to Plex.tv
This does need further investigating as it implies a temporary loss of routing / connectivity out to the Plex cloud servers.
I would need to see the statements which precipitate them (the full log) in order to see the stimulus.
I found an article stating that UDP port 32400 needs to be open for full connectivity to Plex but the documentation says only TCP port 32400. The article wasn’t on the Plex forum or site support documentation but I opened it anyway to be safe (for now). Can you confirm if UDP 32400 needs to be opened?
By the way, thanks for all your help on this. I know I’m kind of everywhere but I want to get this setup as functional as possible with what I have (trying to avoid further costs being incurred).
Another issue has been going the last couple of days that I can’t figure out. Files are named correctly (SeriesTitle - S##E## - EpisodeTitle) but when Plex scans the library, it finds nothing. If I rebuild the database, everything that is in the library at the time of the rebuild, shows up. I’ve tried removing and readding the episodes to the folder and I’ve tried scanning and refreshing metadata. Thoughts on what I may be missing to fix this?
