Plex Media Server preventing sleep

Hi, PMS server version 1.18.1.1973, Windows 10 X64. Computer can not go to sleep when PMS is running. If kill PMS process it will go to sleep no problem. I can see the following PMS actions are preventing sleep. I tried the DLNA on/off trick but it didn’t work. Mine was never on to start with. The windows power settings for multimedia are set to allow sleep. Am a paid member so would like an admin response. How do we get PMS to release it’s death grip on power?
