Plex Media Server renames artist name on it's own

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.19.2.2737
Player Version#: iOS

For some time now, Plex Media Server renames the album artist on it’s own. I can change it back to whatever I want - after some time Plex Media Server will rename it again.
Has anybody an idea why this happens and what I have to change to prevent Plex Media Server from doing this?
The ID3-Tag has the correct artist name.

That’s how it is supposed to look like:
Author correct

After Plex Media Server changed the author’s name:
Author invorrect
