I am trying to create a Media Server using a new Nvidia Shield but the setup keeps failing, any help ?

I’ll be keeping an eye on this, as I’m having exactly the same problem
When you are installing the media server, you will be asked if you want to install the default the folders.
Uncheck this option, and it should go through without a problem.
I had exactly the same problem you described, and that fixed it for me.
