I’m unable to setup my PMS in Nvidia Shield it keeps failing.
Can anyone help?
I used to have PMS working for I don’t know how many years but it suddenly disappeared.
I’ve took the drastic approach after some troubleshooting and deleted everything/uninstall.
Now I can’t set it up from scratch. Keeps failing to install

Can someone help or point me in the right direction to get it fixed?

I’ve tried that. Didn’t work. Still unable to get PMS working… After so many years of using plex I’ve started looking for alternatives :frowning:

If this also not help, you can restore you Shield with Recovery Image.

I’m loosing my mind here guys… I’ve factory reset the shield, and it looked like it did the trick. Everything looked ok i created a new server, the server showed as claimed However after spending the whole night updating my libraries, now it either asks to claim the server again, even though when I click to claim it doesn’t go anywhere after thinking for a while, and sometimes the whole settings disappear. I already gave myself a pin. Settings aperrear again but it keeps saying that the server is unclaimed without allowing me to claim it.
Come on….
Why is this happening all of the sudden? I had Plex working fine for more than 10 years

Can anyone help? I’m attaching the latest logs. It keeps asking me to claim my server but I can’t seem to do it… I click the claim my server button but it doesn’t do anthing…
I’ve tried to add a pin, log in and log out, go trough the web browser with the shield ip etc.
