Plex Media Server shuts down when accessing it from outside my computer?

Pretty much what the title says. After the latest server update, whenever I try and access Plex from anywhere other than the machine it’s installed on (which plays media fine), Plex shuts down and the icon disappears from the task tray. I’m running Windows 10 with the latest update. Please help!

I just want to share that I have the same issue when trying to access media from remote access (LAN works ok). Sorry that I don’t have any answer to help, but I wish someone does.

Plex server: 1.22.1.4228 (was the same with 1.21.4.4079)
Using Web client remotely
