I updated my PMS to version 1.23.5481. Now, when I try to access the server, all I get it “connection refused” from the web browser.
All of my files are in tact and accessible on the drive, but PMS isn’t working at all.
I have tried:
Resetting PMS from the TNAS Application
Unininstall/Reinstall PMS
Updating TOS to version 4.2.14-2106221502
Restarted Terramaster multiple times.
Everything was working great up until I updated the version
I have the same problem … TerraMaster doesn’t help me … Please i subscribed a for life account with Plex, if no one is able to support me please refund my account …
I backed up and restored the db files as instructed. Now when I try to launch plex via the web, it just spins and says “loading”. It’s been doing this for about 20 minutes so far. Plex Media Server.log (14.9 KB)

no, Terramaster Support didn’t help me … and they also banned me by their support forum … however I have solved editing /etc/resolv.conf (only two lines with the two DNS address).
I’m using google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
For me the problem was not Plex … the problem was the TOS configuration …
