TERRAMASTER F4-220 - No soup for you! The server you're trying to access doesn't want to let you in

TOS Terramaster: 4.1.24

Hi, I cannot access the content of the NAS. Plex shows me the next message: No soup for you! The server you’re trying to access doesn’t want to let you in.

A support technician was connected to my computer but He couldn’t fix it. When I click in “Your Media”, Plex says me “Get Plex Media Server”, but Plex Media Server already is installed and running.

can anybody help me?

I have a similar problem with TOS 4.1.24.
Plex stopped working. Uninstalled. Installed. Took ages to configure/update itself >24 hours. Then plex wouldn’t load. repeat above. Plex still fails, this time with “Your system has been updated. The application must be updated to run on the new system”.
I presume it means TerraMaster must update Plex.
Regardless, I am stuck and fed up with this unreliability. In the past updates to Plex / TOS cause failures. I got the NAS because I am away from home for months of the year, useless.

I am in the same boat, the latest version of Plex Server is 1.19.4.2935-79e214ead. This is what Plex have released for every other hardware type on there website, I am not sure why we cant download this version through the Terramaster Application Store. Wonder if someone at plex can tell us why this version hasnt been pushed to the Terramaster Store? Or if not maybe for some reason Terramatser have blocked or not yet approved this version? Just adding to this I cant 100% guareetee this version will work with the current version of TOS.

I also have the same problem on my Terramaster, either can’t connect to server missing components or No soup for you.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and to no luck I still cant connect to my server
