Plex Media Server stops manually

Hi

No worry. It might even be my mistake. Nevertheless here the logs come. They are attached.

Notice that the zip-file contain four files from the same date. Three of them from approx. the same session. I attached all of them. Just in case it is needed.

I wrote the date and time in the end of the file names so it is possible to differ them apart from each other. Syntax “_YYYYMMDDathhmmss”. I hope it make sense.

kind regards

The log files do not contain enough information. They only capture two minutes of activity and do not show a crash.

Please upload all the log files if possible. At a minimum, provide Plex Media Server.log and its rollovers, Plex Media Server.1.log through Plex Media Server.5.log.

After Plex crashes, restart it in Synology Package Center.
Wait two minutes, then go to Settings → Troubleshooting, download the log files and upload the entire zip file to the thread.

If that is not possible, then you can manually retrieve the log files.
Make sure Plex is stopped.
Using Synology File Station, navigate to the Plex Data Folder (/PlexMediaServer).
Right click on the Logs directory and choose “Compress to Logs.zip.”
Download the zip file and post it to the thread.

Why it matters: It helps to see the history. When Plex starts, it rolls over the log files. So, what actually causes the problem is usually in the older log files (.1/.2/etc.), not the most recent.

Thank U for explaining it in details.

Attached are the log-file zipped.
