Plex media server stops running randomly

I’m having a weird issue where randomly our Plex Media Server stops running. It doesn’t happen every day but maybe 2-3 times per month.

I tried to post a log but it won’t let me (New Users can only post two links)

Please help if you can, we use Plex to serve promotional videos in a small retail store chain and it’s really disruptive when the server terminates randomly.

Please assist me with this. Our company purchased a lifetime Plex Pass to use the Plex server in this manner based upon my recommendation and now they’re starting to question the decision.

Can you now post the Log files (ZIP) ?

I suggest you go to Settings - Server - DLNA and verify it’s turned OFF.
DLNA is known to leak memory.
Without knowing any details or having seen logs, I would start here.
