I have installed the PLEX package on my Synology NAS and wanted to configure it as a media server.
Unfortunately, after opening the Plex programme on the NAS, the server denies me access.
After opening the Plex programme on DSM Synology NAS, I get to the Plex page via the browser, where the following message appears:
Access denied! You do not have access permission to this server.
(I accessed it on the local network, the Plex user has read and write access to the Plex folder created by Plex. I have already installed the Plex package via the Synology package centre as well as via the official Plex website).
Can anyone help me with this, or has anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?
