Plex Media Server Tuner Crash - Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS

Tuner: Hauppauge 1657 Dual USB 2.0 TV Tuner

In general I’m able to watch live TV without too much of a problem. However, I’m fairly regularly (2-3 times a day) experiencing tuner crashes when trying to watch live TV.

Here’s the entry in the syslog:
