Server Version#: 1.23.3.4707
Server crash when starting with this version. I had to downgrade to version 1.22.2.4282

Need regular DEBUG logs.
I can’t do anything with syslog.
Hello, would the crash.dmp help? If not how do I get regular DEBUG logs?
Franky,
Yes, the DMP file helps. It allows me to show the stack trace of the failure when I report to engineering.
The DEBUG log files (Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs), which were collected right after the failure (the buffer is small), allow me to show Engineering what PMS was trying to do with the tuner.
In this case, since it is trapping, knowing the tuner make & model might also be helpful to them.

I joined the crash.dmp and tried to upgrade plex server to get debug logs, but now it works
I’m not surprised 1.22.2 had the problem.
There was a core dump problem with the tuner service program for certain tuners which was fixed in 1.23.x
