After updating I can no longer access my music, video or photos. I get Something went wrong. I am new to the support but have had Plex on a WD server. I have access to a Mac laptop and have some experience in entering command line entries.
I need help please.
I have the same issue with a WD MyCloud EX 2 Ultra updating from 1.40.4.8679 to 1.41.3.9314 . There seems to be something that breaks Plex on the NAS in 1.41 compared to 1.40. Maybe it’s trying to use SMB signing? That’s what’s stopping MyClouds from connecting to Windows 11 in their latest update.
