Plex media server Version 1.25.6.5577 skip intro not working

Skip intros were working. No all of a sudden they have stopped. I have tried re analyzing seasons and checking all settings are correct but nothing seems to work. If I restart the server, it seems to work again for one or two episodes and then breaks.
