recently my brother and i , have notice some strange issue with skip intro
Windows Plex Media Server
Sometimes skip intro for episode X is completely wrong, close completely plex app on devices, reopen again and load again episode X, and the skip intro position is correct…
is this a know bug or is there something else??
if i check xml file of this episode i can’t see nothing wrong in it

I’m experiencing the same issue. More things to report.
The XML has the correct skip intro times on it, so from the PMS side everything is correct.
On the client side, if I play one episode the skip intro is also shown at the correct time.
From second episode onwards, skip intro is wrong. Say when binging multiple episodes of the same season.
However, if you close media player and open that episode again (so now it’s the first episode), it’s on the correct spot.
I believe it has something to do with the next episode not syncing time correctly iwth skip intro when played in succession.
All my clients (windows, android, fireTV) exhibit this.

Can anyone from the dev team take a look at it. I believe at this time a lot of folks are reporting this issue on multiple devices to show that it’s a genuine bug?
Edit: for me it seems to have been fixed with a recent update (both server and clients got updated today so not sure which one fixed it).
