Plex Media Server will not Launch on ReadyNAS RN314 after toggling ON successfully

Server Version#: plexmediaserver_1.30.1.6562-915986d62_amd64.deb

Error message on a generic web page stating IP Address 192.168.1.10 refused to connect.

Recently upgraded RAID5 disks from 4 Tb to 8Tb NAS drives. The latest firmware for the RN314 is installed.

Checked all network settings and rebooted the network router. I do have port forwarding and port triggering enabled. I use the Windows 10 Defender Firewall. I do not use a proxy server.

I tried using SSH to look at the Linux logs but that failed. I only use the ReadyNAS Admin User Interface on the RN314.

I tried starting PMS using Microsoft Edge & Google Chrome web browsers.

I’m out of ideas/things to check and hoping that somebody has a suggestion how to fix this problem.

In addition, I am wondering if I need the Resilio app to sync files? Currently this app is not installed but I seem to remember it was there before I did the disk upgrade.

Finally, when I toggle the PMS app to ON - I noticed that the ON/OFF toggle box did not turn Green. Should it turn Green? I seem to remember this happening before I upgraded the disks.
