PLEX Media Server won't start

Server Version#: OMV 4.1.31-1 (Linux 4.19.0)
Player Version#: Plex Media server 3.8.2

Hello, I just installed PMS to Odroid OMV.
After I install it and enable Plexmediaserver repo it works.
Its also weird because in Services I see its running but not enabled.

But after enabling its crashing with this:
syslog.txt (8.1 KB)

Please help, trying to resolve for 3 days.
