I download the pms and place in apps folder. try to run and nothing other than download security warning which I approved. on Ventura with m1 processor. I had an older Mac that this was replaced with. used Time Machine to restore all user apps and settings. pms wouldn’t start so downloaded new version . same result
tried rosetta . no luck
