I’ve been a Plex user for years including Plex Pass.
All of a sudden my server will not work
Oddly, I do see and can connect from my Plex android phone app, but not on my PC.
Also when I try to connect with the server app it just keeps spinning trying to connect.
I am no longer a Plex pass user. Could this have changed anything?
I have already tried uninstalling the server and plex apps on the pc and restarting and re-installing everything, but I get the same results.
I cannot find a related topic that already answers my issue.
Your web browser is logged into a different plex account than your server uses.
Either you log out and back into the originally used plex account (which was used when you set up the server) or you change the plex account of the server using this procedure:
