Plex media server works but does not play

I have a DS214Play, Plex always worked, ROuter configuration was ok, suddenly after a DSM update it did noy work anymore, i tried to look into all forums but I did not find the solution. Server seems to work, when I use http://Nasip:32400/web the server opens, but when I start to play I get various messages (transcoding is not right, media is not there). Any tips?

It is most likely that the DSM update has reset the permissions you set for your media.

If there are other problems, uninstalling and reinstalling Plex fixes almost all other cases. Your media is safe doing this.
