Bottom line - I get that message on the TV - yet the VERY same film plays JUST fine on the macbook plex player app.
The TV CAN see the server and connect PERFECTLY well, as it plays other films - AND the preferences window shows the server is connected just fine. And besudes it is NOT a connection issue as other films in the same folder on theSynology nas play just fine, AND its NOT the film itself as the FILM plays JUST fine on the macboo pro Ap… so basically WTF?
Please advise. Can someone tell me what Plex is TRYING to say - rather than a nonsense error message that doesnt tell me the real problem
