Plex MediaServer 1.15.1.793 Failed to install

Server Version#:1.15.1.793
Player Version#:3.83.1

Install failed to find server after installing 1.15.1.793.
Attempted second install with new copy failed again.
Attempted to install 1.15.1.791, failed due to more recent installation
Uninstalled PMS in Synology App package.
Attempted to reinstall 1.15.1.793 and received message that “Port undefined configured for this package is either used by another service or reserved for system use. Please disable or modify the conflicting service, or contact the developer to modify the package configuration.”
Where do I find the service so it can be disabled to allow a new installation?

  1. Uninstall if not already uninstalled.
  2. Restart DSM to clear the ports
  3. Reinstall
  4. If package damaged, download again using a different browser

Control Panel - Security is where the firewall is but most likely DSM itself is in need of simple reboot
