I looking for enable Plex Mix to my Plex App on every device. This option is missing.
My music is stoked on a synology DS216J and I used Plexapp on web , on Windows 10 and Android.
I have many tracks, so it’s not the problem, but i can’t find why this option is not appeared on my Plex.
Have you an idea ?

The plex Mix option is missing everywhere.
I realized that the option existed when browsing plex web site but I had never seen it on my app.

I’d like to start with some basic questions, if you don’t mind, I mean no disrespect.
Is it a premium music library?
Is the server logged in under Settings (not top right corner) with your Plex pass enabled account?
Have you tried rebooting the server after a sign off - sign in procedure (same login as Q above)?
I can confirm this for PlexWeb. I reported this earlier

I have indeed a Plex pass account actived. So i supposed that is it a Prenium Music Library.
The server parameter was not in Plex pass, but in Public mode. So i have turn it but without visible effect.
I have try to turn the app in english but without result either.
Have you another idea ?

The issue @mm98 reports is still active, so if that is also happening to you - I have no news of this.
If not. I would start with double-checking that you have an actual Premium library, the Plex pass as such has nothing to do with it at all. I have a Plex pass and can chose to create either. And if you created a basic before upgrading to Plex pass, it was not upgraded automatically to a Premium. You’d have to start over and create a new Premium library.
edit: I got a response from the dev’s stating that they are aware of the issue @mm98 reports re Plex Mix, but that there is currently no easy fix for it. They are hopeful that it will be fixed in the future but no ETA to give.
This solution has enable this Plex Mix.
