Plex mobile app (Android) cannot connect to Plex server on mobile data

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 1.85.0

Plex mobile app does not see the Plex server when disconnected from my home wifi. Remote Access is enabled on the server. I am not sure if I need to do anything with manual connections/port forwarding.

Please advise.

I’m having the exact same issue. Outside of my home Wi-Fi it doesn’t show any content but remote access is turned on.
