Have you checked the remote access setup of your server?
yes. i t doesnt wor.k. bit ii worked properly even without a long time,
In that case you know why you cannot connect from the Android app while you’re not connected to your WIFI. No remote access = no access to your media while outside your home network; it cannot have worked if remote access didn’t work before.
As for the remote access issues… you’ll need to share some more details if you’re looking for help.
The logs simply confirm that Plex notices the server cannot be reached from outside your home network. So let’s start with the basics:
How have you configured remote access on your Plex Media Server and router?
- Have you configured a manual port forward on your router to forward requests to a certain port to the Plex Media Server? – if so…
- Have you configured it both in your router as well as in the Plex Media Server?
- Have you made sure you’re pointing the internal port to 32400?
- Can you access your router’s public IP address and the defined public port from outside your home network – e.g. using canyouseeme.org?
If you haven’t enabled a manual port forward, the port used is 32400. - Does the public IP address showing in Plex’ remote access settings match the public IP address you see in your router?
I had a VIP running. My mistake
