Plex Movie Agent and trailer from TMDB rather than IMDb

I’ve Lifetime Plex Pass and on my Plex Server (QNAP with AMD x86/x64 processor) I’ve enable the options to show trailer for my libraries.

Both “libraries” and “Plex Movie Agent” are configured with “Italian” geolocalization.

I noticed that Plex Movie Agent first looking for trailer on IMDb and, if no videos are available, go to TMDB database. Often, however, IMDb has only “English trailers” so Plex Agent retrieves them and completely skip “Italian trailers” available on TMDB. (seems that TMDB’s videos are completely ignored by the agent if is found at least one video on IMDb database).

For example: in my library there is “Ralph Breaks the Internet” file and Plex retrieves for me the italian metadata (that’s correct!), but also retrieves “English trailer” available on IMDb (Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) - IMDb) rather than “Italian trailer” available on TMDB (Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) — The Movie Database (TMDB)).

How i can modify Plex Movie Agent settings to tell it: download “Italian trailer” from TMDB if there isn’t a “Italian trailer” on IMDb?

Plex’s trailer feature does not use either IMDB or TMDB. Not sure where you are seeing this. The trailers come from a licensed 3rd party called IVA. You cannot change this. It will try to pick trailers on your language, but they don’t always exist.
