Plex Movie agent "Upgrade Library" - How to Remove?

Server Version#: Most recent one ?
Player Version#: Most recent one ?

Any Movie agent that still uses Rotten Tomatoes, is not an “upgrade” to me.
Make it stop asking me to “Upgrade Library”.

(I don’t post much on here as you can probably see. So I’m not sure where to post this.)

eh? the new agent can use IMDB, I know I do.

either way, it’s kind of inevitable new agent is the future of plex.

With the new agent, you can choose IMDb, The Movie Database, or Rotten Tomatoes as a ratings source.

I’ll chime in. I have lots of Audio Books, Modern Scholar lectures and stuff. All of these are audio and unlike the Generic Video, there is no generic audio so you HAVE to use the music scanner. After you do that initially there is a huge amount of clean up to put in the proper art and metadata. I’ve already done that once and don’t want to do it again. Is there a way to upgrade the library and tell it to not change anything? Don’t ever refresh the metadata on anything that is in there now? I just want those libraries that I have spent months curating to not change.

That doesn’t work and that’s not what I’m taking about.
I want the worthless Rotten Tomatoes Reviews gone. The text boxes from “critics”. Don’t want them. Don’t need them.

I think the only way would be to use the lock field option.

Vote for the feature suggestion:

Manual procedure to remove them. No idea if or how well it works. Suggest you make a backup copy of the database before trying it.

Thanks. I’ve seen those posts and tried those things. Doesn’t seem to work for me.
