Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973 (and previous versions) Player Version#: I have a specific movie that starts in the middle of the movie. I can play it from that spot but when I stop the movie or finish it it starts in the same exact spot. It wont let me mark it as played. How do I fix this?

You might have a bad database entry for that movie. Try to Plex Dance the file.
