How do you watch the free movies on Plex Live/Movies? Watched a movie last night and had to sit through 4-6 ads every few minutes. Would be willing to pay to remove these, HELP!
Free but must watch ads. Almost unwatchable with the amount of ads in the movie we tried to watch last night.
I have the same issue with Pluto and IMDB and others.
My completely subjective never-documented impression is that the more famous/higher grossing movies on these services tend to have more ad breaks than lesser movies.
I suspect that the number of commercial breaks it dictated indirectly by the licensing agreements with the studios. I’m sure there’s a higher fee to carry a bundle of movies that includes big budget movies like “Avatar” than it does to carry a bundle of movies the caliber of “Santa Clause Conquers the Martians.”
