I have not been able to get my Plex music library to output multi-channel music. the PMS is through a drive attached to the 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro and the files are in flac. I do not want to use lossy format.
Kodi works, my Oppo player will play the files, but no Plex, only in stereo. I have tried other file formats. Audio set for pass through and my receiver is capable, hdmi 2.?..

Plex clients 2019 and 2017 will not play surround albums. surround movies play perfect.
plex on kodi plays from both no problem
plex on lg oled plays no problem via arc
