Plex Music doesn't sort tracks correctly - "Vinyl tracks" (eg A1, A2 etc)

ID3 Tags look like this:

Track name : Song 1
Track name/Position : A1

Just noticed this issue, before I’ve had no issues with albums that had track positions starting with A and B.
It sorted the tracks correctly.
Could it be related to music not being available on MusicBrainz?

It should be said that the filenames have numerical title tracks in their filenames eg:

01. Song 1
02. Song 2

etc…

So ideally Plex should fallback to sorting tracks by filename if it doesn’t recognize the title tracks in the ID3 tags.

Vinyl track “numbers” are not supported in Plex.
You can only use real numbers.

I used Mp3tag editor and tags works very well in Plex.

Make sure you enable Prefer local metadata in your library.

Also within the Music section I change the agent to Personal Media Artists because I want full control of my music collection.

You can do anything with Tags and Plex will read it with no problem

If you see the screenshot I have the year song title and artists and here how my tags are set too

001-1980-Call Me - Blondie.flac and the Album Artists is set to various Artists.

If you put the Artists name in the Album Artists section then you won’t see the artists at the end of the song since its the same for every song.

I am here if you need some help.

How come it’s been working on other Albums with these kinds of tracks? Strange maybe because those albums were on MusicBrainz.
Shouldn’t it auto default to sorting by filename if can’t read the tags?
My filenames are in numerical format only. 01,02,03 etc.

@Sillyvainplex Wha about your tags? Can you post a pic of your mp3tag?
This it how it looks for me:
