I cancelled it. The free trial remains, but seriously, go ■■■■ yourself.
+1 I have a complicated copy process to local SD card on android to use Poweramp just because plex doesn’t support minor bass adjustment on the app. Who would sign up for tidal whilst missing this very basic feature?

I am also struggling with this issue on Android. My phone has a system EQ installed (actually an app: Equalizer FX Pro), and it works with Google Play Music and all other audio sources on the phone. Plex seems to have done something deliberate to bypass the EQ. I’m not even asking for Plex to implement their own EQ (though that would be interesting) but just to play nice with the system EQ already present in Android.
