I’m did try the new features and it’s working fine but i have one query that i can’t maneually select the subtitils which means “more” options is not showing for me .
is there any setting which i need to do for that?

What do you mean you can’t manually select the subtitles?
If you don’t have any subtitles, it should show none, but still allow you to click on it and then there is the “more” option.
Let’s maybe start with pointing out which client you use that doesn’t show the new feature.
Also… which version of the Plex Media Server / the respective clients do you use?

what I mean if I want to view more subtitles from opensubtitle other than the selected one:
As you can see there is no “more” option which is there this feature.

You are running the correct versions of PMS and Web. Just need to wait. Once the feature is available for you, selecting the subtitle section, there will be a “More” option at the bottom of that list.

I don’t understand why, but on my server, I’m Version 1.13.8.5395 but my web client is Version 3.67.1.
Does someone know why ?
FYI server is running on synology nas.

PMS does not include the newest version of Web. We try to ship stable versions of Web along with PMS since this cannot be updated separately from PMS, so if there are problems with the latest version of Web, they don’t need to wait for an updated PMS. You will need to use the hosted Plex Web for now.
ok thx, so I imagine there will be an update of PMS when the subtitle feature will be launched !
It’s already in PMS. You just need the correct client.
I did, through the website directly and I have the last version.
Now, we just have to wait for the new feature to be up !
any ETA on that ?
