Plex - new Windows Server

Since my old server/ssd just died, i installed a new ssd and installed windows + plex on it.

When i login with my account (plex pass included) i only get the message: access denied!

I tried already everything - direct ip address connection, localhost, 127.0.0.1, disabled firewall, connect via ssh - every time i get the same message!

I deleted the old server from my devices tab as well.

Reinstall did not help. Deleting KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server didnt help, deleteing C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server didnt help…

It looks like that my account still sticks to my old server and i cant claim it back in any way - what am i doing wrong?

New Claiming Requirement for Windows

Back in Plex Media Server 1.29.2, we introduced some new behavior for macOS. This behavior is now being brought to Plex Media Server for Windows starting with version 1.32.2. I dont know why but i tried an older version (1.32.0) and it worked without any problem. After that i updated via the webinterface to the newest version - everything is now working!
